Mitch Johnson and De’Aaron Fox had already commented on the new murder of a demonstrator in Minneapolis by federal agents, but Victor Wembanyama knows that his voice carries, but also that he is a foreigner in the United States.
“I read the news and sometimes I ask myself very deep questions about my own life, but I am also aware that saying everything that is on my mind would come at too high a cost for me at the moment, so I prefer not to go into too much detail” he adds, before discussing the possible repercussions. “Of course it’s terrible. I know I’m a foreigner. I live in this country. I’m worried, that’s for sure. »
