Viktor Gancharenko has become the new head coach of the Belarus national football team, the STV-Sport program reported.
His candidacy was approved by the federation’s executive committee. Over the years of his work, he won gold in the national championship 6 times and became the first person to lead Belarusian teams to the group stage of the main Eurocup – the Champions League. In addition, Gancharenko was recognized as the best coach of Belarus 11 times.

The nearest official tournament for the Belarusian national team will be the Nations League. In the fall, our team will play in Division C. The draw for the group stage will take place on February 12.
