Young local musicians will add a musical note to each sip, creating an immersive experience where culture is enjoyed with all the senses.
January starts with the flavor of tradition and the countryside
The cycle of meetings will begin next Wednesday January 21at 7:00 p.m.with a theme that brings us back to what is essential: «From field to field. Traditions. In this inaugural session, attendees will be able to learn first-hand about the work of those who care for the raw material before it reaches the table.
For this, the event will have the presence of Raúl Coronado, from Bodegas Coronadoy Javier Olivares, from the Campo Ruz Cheese Factory. The combination of wine and cheese is a classic, but this talk will delve into how grazing and sustainable agriculture define the taste of what we eat and drink.
The treasures of Montilla-Moriles arrive in February
The second stop of these days will take place on Wednesday February 4. On this occasion, the trip will take you to the south of Spain to discover the «Great traditional wines of Montilla-Moriles. Oenological treasures within everyone’s reach.
It will have Paco del Castillo and the support of DO Montilla-Moriles Regulatory Council. In addition, wineries of the stature of Alvear, Gracia Hermanos, Pérez Barquero and Toro Albalá. It will be an educational session designed so that attendees lose their fear of these complex wines and learn to enjoy their unique nuances in a relaxed and close environment.
Sustainability and the soul of the forest

The session will be led by Jaime Postigo and Bodegas Bosque de Matasnos. It will be explained how cultivation in balance with the biodiversity of the forest generates wines with an overwhelming personality.
The closing: A trip to the roots of Rioja
