Perth (Australia) – The fourth edition of the United Cup starts late this Thursday night, from 11pm (Brasília time) and continues during the early hours of this Friday. The first clashes will be between Spain and Argentina in Group A, followed by Greece and Japan from 6 am in Group E. The broadcast for Brazil is from NSportson pay TV and YouTube.
The tournament had 18 participating countries, which were divided into six groups, and two host cities. Each clash will have two singles matches, one for men and one for women, as well as a doubles match. And each country can register up to six tennis players, three men and three women.
Groups A, C and E will play in Perth from January 2nd to 6th, while groups B, D and F will play in Sydney from January 3rd to 7th. The six group champions and the two best runners-up (one per city) advance to the quarterfinals. Perth will still host two quarter-final clashes on January 7. The last four days of the tournament take place in Sydney with quarterfinals on the 8th and 9th, semi-finals on the 10th and the final on January 11th.

The 2026 United Cup will offer a minimum of US$11,806,190 in prizes and participation fees, with a minimum of US$5,903,345 for ATP and WTA players respectively. Tennis players can receive up to 500 ranking points, although the amount of points offered per match depends on the opponent’s ranking.
