Uljin-gun has dedicated stadiums and auxiliary stadiums for each sport, and provides stable facility management and administrative support during training periods. The analysis is that this infrastructure is steadily leading to the attraction of field training teams.

The long-term stay of the training team is also having a positive effect on the local economy. As the number of users increases, especially at lodging establishments, restaurants, and supermarkets, which were in the off-season, local commercial districts are becoming more vibrant for the first time.

An Uljin-gun official said, “We are making every effort to manage and support facilities so that the athletes can focus on training without inconvenience. We will continue to revitalize the local economy and increase the utilization of sports infrastructure by hosting field training.”
