No longer really in Roberto De Zerbi’s plans, the Marseille defender has some interesting avenues on the Italian side.

Arriving at Olympique de Marseille in the winter of 2024 from Young Boys Berne for a check estimated between 3 and 4 million euros, Ulisses Garcia could already pack his bags. Under contract until June 2028, the 30-year-old Swiss international has never really managed to establish himself on the Marseille left flank and has only made six appearances in all competitions this season. An insufficient record which pushes the Marseille club to consider a departure from this winter transfer window.

According to information from Gianluca Di Marzio, two Italian clubs are interested in his profile: Hellas Verona and Sassuolo. The Emilian club, currently eleventh in Serie A, would have made Garcia a priority to strengthen its left lane. OM, for their part, would be ready to listen to offers around 3 million euros in order to part with a player who has become secondary in the rotation.
