Making a statement about the organization, Turkish Basketball Federation Bartın Representative Aydın Kükner stated that the U18 Men’s Basketball League has an important place in Bartın basketball and said:
“Our U18 Basketball Men’s League is one of the most prestigious leagues in terms of basketball in our city, aiming to reflect our city’s passion for basketball on the court. Our priority is always to introduce our youth to sports and contribute to their development for healthy individuals and a strong society.”
Kükner pointed out the positive impact of sports on young people and stated that they attach importance to such organizations in order to raise awareness against the types of addictions that threaten public health.
