The TV Eintracht Brambauer offers an extensive range, starting with the end of the Christmas holidays from January 7, 2026 goes into a new round. Since not all practice groups still have places, here is an overview of the free capacities:

Step aerobics / Mondays from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m
Both advanced and beginners will get their money’s worth here. Newcomers are supported to get to grips with the choreographies. The sweaty main part includes a corresponding warm up and a suitable cool down.

Fit for life / Mondays 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m
Traditionally, Monday evening belongs to the “Monday women”. The offer is aimed at anyone who wants to stay mobile, improve their endurance and work on their coordination. Hand-held devices such as Brazils or Thera bands are used and of course the right music.

Getting older in motion / Tuesdays 4 p.m. to 5 p.m
Exercise is extremely important, especially for the older generation. Mobility, balance, fall prevention. The participants are supported through targeted exercises in being able to live independently within their own four walls for as long as possible.


Fit Mix / Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m

Fit Mix is ​​aimed more at advanced users in the areas of strength and endurance; beginners are better off with the Fit for Life offer. With upbeat music, your “stomach, legs, buttocks” will be toned and a lot of calories burned.


Badminton for youth / Thursdays 7 p.m. to 8 p.m

Due to a restructuring, this offer has capacity again. The offer is aimed at girls and boys. The focus is on having fun with movement and playing with each other.
The club provides bats and balls.

Under the motto: “It’s all in the mix,” TV Eintracht offers badminton for recreational players. The focus is on having fun playing together. Rackets and balls can be borrowed.

All of the offers listed take place in the gymnasium at the profile school (formerly Achenbachschule; Friedhofstrasse in Brambauer).
