Trump at Football Final: Family & Reaction

On Wednesday, Donald Trump will be attending the World Economic Summit in Davos. Before that, there was family time in Miami.

US President Donald Trump, 79, appeared with his family at the football stadium in Miami before the World Economic Summit in Davos. Some of his grandchildren were also there Monday night when the Indiana Hoosiers defeated the Miami Hurricanes in the final of the Florida college football championship.

In the VIP lounge, Trump brought plenty of family reinforcements with him: daughter Ivanka, 44, came with husband Jared Kushner, 45, and son Theo, 9, daughter-in-law Vanessa Trump, 48, with daughter Kai, 18, and daughter-in-law Lara Trump, 43, with daughter Carolina, 6, and son Luke, 8. The wife of Trump’s son Eric, 42, shared on her Instagram account also a sweet photo showing the US President between his grandchildren on the way to the Hard Rock Stadium. He holds Carolina and Luke in his hands.

From chic to casual

The family took a seat in the VIP box behind bulletproof glass. Photos show the Trumps standing during the national anthem. The US President placed his hands on the shoulders of his grandson Luke, while the other family members placed a hand on their hearts. The Trumps were quite different when it came to their choice of clothing. Ivanka Trump stood out with dark sunglasses and a black suit, and Lara also appeared chic in a white blazer. Donald Trump wore a dark suit and a red tie. Son-in-law Jared Kushner, on the other hand, appeared casually in a dark sweater, granddaughter Kai in a denim jacket.

After the football final, world politics is back on the agenda. Air Force One takes us to Switzerland. Trump is expected at the World Economic Summit in Davos on Wednesday. As the organizers announced on Tuesday, the US President will be accompanied by a delegation of record size – according to media reports, around 300 people.
