Pavel Šulc (25) is having a dream season at Olympique Lyon. After 23 games played, he already has 11 goals and 5 assists to his credit, and praise is pouring in from all sides. Šulc’s agent Andy Bara would like to use the huge fazons during the summer transfer period next year.
The Czech offensive all-rounder has completed the first six months in one of the top 5 European competitions. He moved to Lyon in the summer for €7.5 million + €2.5 million in bonuses and in France they must be happy with such a deal.
No one has had such a productive start to their engagement at Olympique for over eight years.
“His performances are fantastic and I am sure that if he continues in the set trend, and I believe he will, then not this summer, but in the following summer we can expect a big transfer for Pavel, maybe in the range of 40 to 50 million,” eFotbal.cz quotes Šulco’s agent, who spoke on the Livesport Daily podcast.
“Pavel is a top player in his position. To come from the Czech Republic and establish himself in Lyon’s starting line-up, in addition with the number 10 on his shirt, is not something that many players can do,” Bara praised his client.
“It’s really an honor for me to be his agent and I would like to have more players like Pavel, not only great footballers, but above all such good people,” he added.
Šulc is currently the fourth best scorer in the French top flight and mainly thanks to his goals, Olympique Lyon is in fifth place.
