Bookmakers’ prediction is open to both solutions in Saturday’s match between Suns and Knicks which, certainly, is one of the main ones that the NBA offers on the night. This is a match that will measure both Phoenix’s undoubtedly growing ambitions in this festive period that has just ended, and the conditions of New York, which are rather deficient (according to head coach Mike Brown himself).
The Knicks, however, managed to avoid their fifth consecutive defeat by beating the Clippers, one of the best teams at the moment, in a tight head-to-head match: a very good field goal percentage, especially from long range, brought a smile back to the team from the Big Apple, giving them back the provisional second position in the conference.
A little further behind in the ranking (seventh) but naturally in the West, Phoenix is positioned but, as mentioned, is on the rise. The last match in Memphis was particularly significant because it ended with a large success of 19 points despite the subpar shooting performance of Devin Booker, a great protagonist, in recent games. While waiting for Jalen Green’s return, coach Jordan Ott can smile and hope but on Saturday he will face a great opponent for a truly noteworthy mutual test.
