Sint-Truiden VV is the big revelation of the Jupiler Pro League this season. Wouter Vrancken’s formation is actually in second place in the standings. The Canaries are about to strike hard at the winter mercato.
STVV has been associated with Oumar Diouf for some time. The 22-year-old striker from second division club RFC Liège is on his way to Stayen, according to journalist David Van den Broeck. Diouf will soon sign a contract with STVV.

KAA Gent and Standard referred
KAA Gent and Standard, among others, remain orphaned. According to Transfermarkt, a number of clubs were eyeing the Senegalese attacker. In addition to the Belgian clubs, Ferencvarosi, Pafos and Qarabag were also interested.
However, the Senegalese youth international chooses STVV, the number 2 of the Jupiler Pro League. Diouf should cost just under a million euros. In Liège he still had a contract until 2027 with a market value of 900,000 euros.
A fantastic transfer after a strong season
Diouf is having a strong season in the Challenger Pro League. The attacker managed to score nine times in 20 competitive matches and also provided two assists. Now he is making the step to the highest level. Vrancken gets extra options at the front.
