The transfer market is in full swing and in the last few hours there has been strong interest from former Donadoni’s Spezia for Hernani.
Parma’s Brazilian midfielder’s contract expires in June and he has been looking around for some time to decide his future.
Melissano, Spezia’s sporting director, is serious and has started contacts with the player’s entourage to try to close as soon as possible. The proposal is that of a definitive purchase, two-year contract. The player has not yet given a definitive answer but the real problem is the salary of almost 2 million per season that Hernani receives at Parma. Figures definitely out of reach for Spezia and for most of the Serie B clubs.
The negotiation is on standby but the next few days will be decisive in a positive or negative sense; much will depend on the will of Hernani who also has admirers in his homeland (Brazil).
