Toulouse defender Djibril Sidibé was taken out on a stretcher at the end of the TFC-Lens match (0-3). The player is hit in the head after a collision with Ganiou.
Former French international, Djibril Sidibé, was taken out on a stretcher this Friday during the match between TFC and RC Lens (0-3). The Toulouse defender remained on the ground for many minutes after receiving an involuntary shock to the head when colliding with Ismaelo Ganiou on his goal (90th + 5). He was then evacuated by medical staff, around ten minutes after the incident.
Questioned by our colleagues from Ligue 1+Toulouse coach Carles Martinez Novell wanted to be reassuring: “He was hit in the head. He talks, he’s not that bad”. The first news on his state of health is rather reassuring.
