The only player still under contract until June 2027 with Fabian Ruiz, Senny Mayulu has still not found an agreement to extend with PSG. A situation which challenges two Premier League behemoths, Arsenal and Chelsea.
During the last summer transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain did not want to shake up its squad too much after a historic season. Now engaged in this winter transfer window a few months later, the sports management is working above all on numerous extensions of its star players. To date, all PSG players are linked to their current employer for at least two more years (June 2028), except two of them: Fabian Ruiz and Senny Mayulu. If for the first, the trend is clearly towards a rapid extension, for the second, we are not there yet. An ambiguous situation which leaves Arsenal and Chelsea to interfere in the matter.

Senny Mayulu is in a rather delicate sporting situation. Since the start of the season, he has been moved all over the field by Luis Enrique and has played 10 matches in the middle, 8 up front, 1 on the left wing, 1 on the right and even 1 in defensive midfield. An instability which does not allow him to progress fully, just like his equally irregular playing time. In this context, Ekrem Konur, specialist in the inside transfer window, reveals that Arsenal and Chelsea recently sent recruiters to study the profile of Senny Mayulu. If for the Gunners, the interest visibly stops there, for the Blues, it’s another matter.
The latter, under the leadership of Liam Rosenior who knows Ligue 1 well, believe that he can be the much sought-after midfielder. However, PSG does not intend to let this happen and is demanding a significant sum to go further in possible negotiations. For now, Transfermarkt values him at 40 million euros, while he has scored 3 goals and delivered 3 assists in 23 appearances.
