SempreVerdy Magazine: Paid Subscription Launch

Happy new year My name is Toshihiro Kishigami, a football writer.

This time, note has released a paid subscription magazine “SemperVerdy” has been decided to start. We would like to explain to you that articles that have been distributed for free until now will be paid for, and provide information on how to subscribe.

For more information about my background and how I ended up distributing articles about football with a focus on Tokyo Verdy through Notes, please check out the article “A New Place to Disseminate”.

~Background of charging~

We started using note in early July 2025, and in six months we have distributed about 100 articles (96 articles), which not only have been read by quite a few people, but we have also received support such as comments and dissemination mainly on SNS. In addition, we also receive support in the form of tips.

When I first started, I was wondering if I would be able to continue distributing articles while I was finishing my activities with “Super World Soccer” and was taking a short break and preparing for new activities. Partly because there were some hit-and-miss activities due to activities starting in the middle of the season, I felt that it was dishonest to charge a fee halfway.

However, through this period, I was able to improve my own work environment and receive the club’s consideration, which led me to the decision that I would be able to continue reporting and publishing articles from 2026 onwards. As a writer, I decided to make reporting for Tokyo V a solid source of income for myself, and I decided to start a paid subscription magazine as well as charge a fee for my articles.

~Evergreen~

Regarding the name “SempreVerdy”, in Italian and Portuguese, “everytime“Sempre” has the meaning “greenWe would like to play on the word “Verde,” which means “Verde,” and work as a media that is always close to Verdi.

~Broader and deeper~

The content we will be distributing will basically follow the same format as the articles that have been distributed for free, but we will be posting season reviews and long interviews, which we did not do last season. Although we will prioritize the men’s top team’s schedule, we would like to increase the number of match reports and interviews with players and managers for Nippon Television, Tokyo Verdy Beleza, and Tokyo Verdy Youth. We will also be distributing articles in the form of people columns.

・Tokyo Verdy official match preview
・Tokyo Verdy official match review
・Tokyo Verdy practice coverage (interview)
・Tokyo Verdy camp report
・Interview story (green story)
・Nippon TV/Tokyo Verdy Beleza match report (irregular)
・NTV Tokyo Verdy Beleza practice coverage (irregular)
・Tokyo Verdy Youth match report (irregular)
・Topics from the domestic and international football world

Furthermore, as I am also involved in club official work and have been considerate of my activities on note, I will not handle unconfirmed information regarding the departure of players and staff, which could be detrimental to the club, and will continue to only provide supplementary articles regarding transfers based on official releases.

~Subscription fee~

“SempreVerdy” is a subscription magazine.Monthly fee: 550 yenYou can subscribe at (tax included). Individual articles will be available for subscription for 200 to 500 yen (tax included) depending on the volume, but we plan to deliver 3 to 4 articles a week, with a goal of at least 10 articles per month, so a regular subscription will be more economical.

For those considering a regular subscription or paid subscriptionAll articles from last year for freeI will leave it as is, so I would appreciate it if you could use it as a reference.

From the start of Tokyo Verdy’s new system on January 6, 2026, we will start charging for “SempreVerdy” and articles.
