The Championship Games of the National Football League (NFL) have given RTL new record ratings. An average of 1.05 million viewers saw the victory of the New England Patriots (10:7) at the Denver Broncos in the first semi-final on Sunday evening, with a peak of 1.49 million watching – a new record this season.
The Seattle Seahawks’ narrow success against the Los Angeles Rams (31:27) was also impressive with a market share of 19.3 percent among 14 to 59 year olds and 22.2 percent among 14 to 49 year olds.
The Super Bowl between the Patriots and the Seahawks on the night of February 9th will also be shown live on RTL.
