El wide receiver de los Kansas City Chiefs, Rashee Rice is ‘under the magnifying glass’ after being reported of domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend and mother of his two children, Dacoda Nicholethrough his Instagram account.
With a series of photographs with evidence of all the bruises and damage caused by the father of her children, Nichole left the complaint through her social networksraising his voice after several years protecting the image of the NFL player.
“I’m so tired of staying silent, I’m so tired of protecting his image. I’ve been through too much in a span of 8 years and I’ve had ENOUGH! I have dealt with abuse for years, this man and I decided to break up a couple months ago and it has been nothing but hell ever since. He is very controlling, there have been times where he came to my new house and broke down my door, there have been times where he put his hands on me while I was pregnant, he even had the audacity to lock me outside all night in ten degree weather because I caught him cheating on me. He cut off all my shoes and clothes, leaving me with nothing because he was trapped. And there are multiple cases of infidelity, but I’m also tired of him not doing the right thing with my children. It’s not fair that I don’t call them. He prefers to lie down with hoes. “He literally left us in Kansas and I had to beg him to send me money so I could drive to Texas with my kids and all our things” can be read on Dacoda Nichole’s Instagram account.
Furthermore, he added that “Now he is trying to kick me and my children out of our house for no apparent reason. I have known this man for YEARS. Try to adopt this personality as if you were the father of the year. He does the bare minimum and I have to beg him for it. I’ve protected his image for too long and I’m done doing it. It is time to protect my peace, protect my children and defend myself.”

Chiefs investigate
Although she never mentions Rice’s name, she does point out that he is the father of her children. Given this, The Kansas City Chiefs have already spoken and they indicated that they are going to investigate the accusations made against their player.
A statement from Chiefs: “The club is aware of the allegations on social media and is in communication with the National Football League. We have no further comment at this time.”

Rashee Rice just missed the first third of the season upon being suspended without pay and with immediate effect six games per violate the NFL’s personal conduct policy.
Rice was sentenced to 30 days in jail on July 17, 2024.. Rice pleaded guilty to two third-degree felonies: collision with serious bodily injury and speeding on a highway with bodily injury.
