PSG: Lucas Hernandez – Trafficking & Work Complaint

The day after its defeat in the Champions League against Sporting, the capital club learned of the accusations against its defender, Lucas Hernandez. The French international is the target of a complaint filed with the Versailles financial prosecutor’s office for human trafficking and concealed work, Le Parisien learned on Wednesday from a source close to the matter, confirming information from Paris Match.

At the origin of the complaint? A Colombian family who worked for Lucas Hernandez and his wife Victoria Triay between September 2024 and 2025. The two parents and their three children are said to have held several jobs serving the couple: guard, security guards, housekeepers, cooks and nannies.

Weeks between “72 and 84 hours”

Except that the five employees would never have benefited from the adapted legal framework: “We were promised a quality of life and the fact that we could be in good standing in France,” recalls one of the complainants to Paris Match.

“My job was supposed to be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a totally insufficient salary for someone who works so many hours,” she further testifies.

The weekly mentions undeclared and cash salaries of around 500 to 3,000 euros for weeks between “72 and 84 hours”, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, all without a day of rest or vacation.

The Colombian family’s lawyer, Me Lola Dubois, denounces an “attitude which comes close to modern slavery”. Contacted by Paris Match, the player’s agent, Frank Hocquemiller, indicates that he, his player and his partner are not aware of the complaint. He also assures that Lucas Hernandez and Victoria Triay “are amazed”.
