Manchester United officially dismissed Amorim from the position of team manager, Monday (5/1/2026) afternoon WIB. The Red Devils gave the Portuguese coach a letter of dismissal after MU’s 1-1 draw against Leeds United.

Amorim’s dismissal adds to the long list of managers who have been kicked out since the start of the 2025/2026 Premier League. There have been 6 people who have been kicked out until entering the 20th week.
