It’s a significant departure, but predictable. Far from his best level this season, Alexis Pinturault does not appear in the selection for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina unveiled Monday by the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF).
The 34-year-old skier, triple Olympic medalist and winner of the big Crystal Globe in 2021, was not selected among the seven men’s quotas that France had for the Italian meeting.
