Components of the integrated rescue system went to the event in the Southern Suburbs shortly after half past twelve. The managing officer of the fire department, Tomáš Jarošík, confirmed that they intervened in the fall of an elderly woman who ended up in the railway yard.
According to Novinek, the elderly woman was walking a dog that ran into her path. She tried to grab him but fell over the railing and rolled down the slope.
Luboš Bouček from the regional ambulance specified that they cooperated with the firemen and the police. “They ensured the smooth transfer of the patient in the transport tub from a difficult-to-access location to our car, where we took the woman into care,” he described.
The 74-year-old patient suffered minor injuries. The ambulance then took her to the University Hospital in Pilsen.
