Suara.com – Shayne Pattynama admitted that he asked a lot of questions from his colleagues in the Indonesian National Team before deciding to join c. In fact, he admitted that he asked Marc Klok, the Persib Bandung star, about this.
Not without reason, Shayne Pattynama is curious about the rivalry between Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung in the Super League.
In fact, some time ago, Shayne witnessed the duel between the two teams which was won by Persib Bandung.
“I also talk to Marc (Klok) about this sometimes because Marc is a Persib player obviously,” said Shayne Pattynama to the media crew.
“We are good friends. I know that the rivalry is big now, and we need to compete with them for the title,” he explained.
Shayne Pattynama finally decided to join Persija. He previously led Buriram United in the Thai League.
Currently Persija is competing with Persib in the standings for the title this season.
Meanwhile, Persib is at the top of the Super League standings with 41 points, while Persija is in third place with 38 points.
“And, it’s challenging and interesting, and that’s why you want to play at the highest level, you know? Because you want to compete, you want to get rewards, and I think that’s great,” he concluded.
