Paris FC: Transfer Struggles for Key Striker

Of course, the transfer window risks accelerating in the last week. But ten days before its closure (February 2 at 8 p.m.), Paris FC has still not managed to attract a center forward, its priority target, into its net. The leaders and the recruitment unit, around sports director Marco Neppe and his deputy Quentin Rauzier, have however thrown many hooks, but for the moment, none have really bitten.

This summer, the promoted Parisian had given up recruiting Mathis Abline (Nantes) then Lucas Stassin (Saint-Étienne) because of the amounts requested by their respective clubs, deemed too excessive. But during the first part of the season, Willem Geubbels (3 goals) and Jean-Philippe Krasso (2 goals) who shared the center forward position, disappointed. Internally, everyone was convinced of the need to bring them a strong competitor.
