While the track leading to Angevin hopeful Sidiki Chérif seems compromised, the player not having the desire to come despite an agreement between the two clubs, Paris FC is exploring other profiles. One of them leads to the experienced Ludovic Ajorque, whose contract at Stade Brestois ends in June 2027.
According to our information, the Parisian club is very attentive to the situation of the attacker who has scored 2 goals since the start of the season (6 assists). At almost 32 years old, he is one of the references in the French championship with 61 goals and 25 assists to his credit in 182 Ligue 1 matches. In terms of play, he has the skills to bring presence up front with a solid size and the size (1.96 m) which Stéphane Gilli’s team can sometimes lack in the zone of truth.
It remains to be seen the position of the Breton club, which is only six points ahead of the PFC in the race to remain, after 17 days. Brest and Paris have already negotiated together the transfer of Pierre Lees-Melou, around 6 million euros, last summer.
For the moment, the positions remain distant and do not indicate an imminent agreement. At the same time, the promoted Parisian is looking – like other clubs – at what could happen for Mathys Tel (20 years old), whom sports director Marco Neppe knows well.
