It’s an interesting duel that will unfold on our screens in the capital this Sunday afternoon. Third in the standings with a record of 11-4, Paris Basket hosts Le Mans at 7 p.m. A game where the group coached by Francesco Tabellini wants to get back on the path to victory because the last match of the week in Europe ended with a defeat against Monaco: 95-87 at the end of 40 minutes. A setback which breaks the three victories in a row obtained in 2026. The Parisians had notably found the right formula in the defensive sector with less than 80 points conceded against Efes and Strasbourg. Expect to see the PB bring out its best face in the Betclic Elite in order to eliminate a major competitor in the top 6.
But caution is required for Paris Basket because Le Mans goes to the city of love with a very high confidence rate. Since December 16, a month of competition, the Manceaux have won seven matches in a row, whether in France or on the European scene. Suffice to say that the men led by Guillaume Vizade do not intend to let themselves be far from home, even if the PB seems to be regaining color in recent weeks. After victories against teams at the bottom of the table, it will be interesting to see if the visitors can raise their voice in the league.
