Os hammers announced the signing of the 22-year-old striker, who has signed for four and a half seasons, minutes after the Gilistas’ draw against Sporting (1-1), this Friday.
«A strong and powerful striker, capable of scoring and creating goals, involving other players and with a tireless work rate, Pablo has had an excellent campaign so far and has been identified as a key target by coach Nuno Espírito Santo», can be read in the Premier League club’s official statement.
Pablo, who scored ten goals in 14 games for the Minho team this season, confesses to being very happy about the start of a new adventure: «I’m very happy. I will give everything for this club, leaving everything on the field, all my effort, all my dedication. The fans really like players who fight for the badge, and I can promise that I will give my all on the pitch for this club.”
«I want to send a strong message that I came to prove my worth. I know I’m a young player, but I know that at this club you have to give your all, and we have to do our best for the club and for our teammates”, the young striker also highlighted.
