Noa Lang has finally secured his temporary transfer, Fabrizio Romano reported on Wednesday evening. The left winger will be on loan for Galatasaray until the end of this season, which has also negotiated a purchase option of 30 million euros.
The 26-year-old Lang left PSV last summer for an adventure with the reigning champions of Italy, but the collaboration was certainly not an unqualified success.
In 27 matches, Lang has not yet reached 1,000 playing minutes and his performance is also quite disappointing. Lang was only accurate once and gave the decisive pass twice.
Romano already speaks of the characteristic ‘Here we go’ and emphasizes that the clubs are completely out of it. Galatasaray pays a rental fee of two million euros plus bonuses to Napoli.
In addition, the Turkish top club can, if desired, take over the left winger at the end of the season for a fixed transfer fee of 30 million euros.
If Lang is permanently sold to Galatasaray, he will also receive a higher salary there than at Napoli. The final negotiating point was the amount of the purchase option, and an agreement was reached on this on Wednesday.
After seven rounds in the Champions League, Galatasaray occupies seventeenth place in the rankings. There is a very good chance that Lang will play in the billion-dollar knockout phase.
