In der National Football League haben sich nach 18 Wochen Regular Season insgesamt 14 von 32 Teams für die Playoffs qualifiziert. Die Denver Broncos und die Seattle Seahawks müssen in der Wildcard Round nicht spielen, da sie sich als die besten Teams ihrer Conferences eine Bye Week erspielt haben. Sie steigen erst in der Divisional Round ein und treffen dort jeweils auf das schlechteste verbleibende Team ihrer Conference. - 10. bis 13. Januar 2026: Wildcard Round
- 17. bis 19. Januar 2026: Divisional Round
- 25. bis 26. Januar 2026: Conference Finals
- 9. Februar 2026: Super Bowl LX

In the NFL Wild Card Round this year, the Los Angeles Rams will face the Carolina Panthers on Saturday, January 10th at 10:30 p.m. On Sunday night the Green Bay Packers will play against the Chicago Bears (January 11th, 2:00 a.m.). The games follow on Sunday evening: Buffalo Bills @ Jacksonville Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. and San Francisco 49ers @ Philadelphia Eagles at 10:30 p.m. On Monday night, the New England Patriots will face the Los Angeles Chargers (January 12th, 2:00 a.m.), and on Tuesday morning the Pittsburgh Steelers will close the round against the Houston Texans (January 13th, 2:15 a.m.). The following applies to all teams: winning means moving forward, losing means the end of the season.

Modus der NFL Playoffs 2025/26
After 18 weeks in the NFL regular season, they qualified 14 teams (7 each from the NFC and AFC conferences) for the NFL playoffs. The two teams with the best record from the regular season in each conference have a “bye week” and only enter the action in the second playoff round (Divisional Round). This year they are the Seattle Seahawks (NFC) and the Denver Broncos (AFC). In addition, a ranking of the seven playoff participants in each conference is created. Based on this, a decision is made as to which team has home advantage and which teams will meet each other.
Unlike the NBA or the NHL, there are none in the NFL Playoff Series. This means that after K.O.-Prinzip is played. Whoever wins the respective game advances to a round. For the losing team, however, the season is over.
