NFL Star Sues Ex-Wife Over Size Remarks

[서울=뉴시스]Intern Reporter Jung Woo-young = Former NFL (Professional National Football League) player Matt Khalil filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife Hailey Bailey over her comments about the size of his penis, claiming it was an “invasion of privacy.”

According to foreign media such as Britain’s The Sun on the 7th (local time), Hailey appeared on a podcast at the end of last year and publicly stated, “I think Matt’s penis is the size of two, maybe even three, Coke cans.”

Accordingly, on the 6th, Matt sued Hailey for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment.

In his lawsuit, Matt claimed that traffic surged when his private life was made public, and that Hailey benefited financially in the process. The bill is at least $75,000 (about 108.8 million won).

In the past, Hailey said on a podcast, “Throughout our marriage (because of Matt’s penis size), I’ve seen therapists and doctors and tried all kinds of treatments,” and “I’m not going to lie, I’ve looked into treatments like liposuction. My life is like a comedy.”

In response, Matt said, “Haley’s public comments have resulted in unwanted public attention and an invasion of privacy,” adding, “The family has also had to endure the continued dissemination of highly offensive and personal comments.”

He also added that his new wife, Kaylani Asmus, who remarried in 2024, “is receiving more and more unpleasant messages as time goes by.”

Currently, Hayley has expressed her feelings about Matt’s accusation, saying, “It was a terrible and very difficult experience,” and “I am so heartbroken that Matt caused me this pain.”
