The last weekend of the season gives us the final version of our Power Rankings

The NFL regular season officially came to an end, so it was time to present our final version of the Power Rankings.

The Week 18 It defined how the playoffs will be played and the order of the first 18 picks in the next draft.

But will a playoff berth be enough to define the position on our final roster?

As every week the question arises, which team is at the top of our list this week?

Without further ado, let’s take a look at the ESPN Power Rankings after Week 18.

Note: In parentheses, you will find that team’s ranking in the previous edition of the Power Rankings.

They took revenge for two of their three losses this year, they closed with a streak of seven straight wins, but everything remains in the version that we will see of Sam Darnold in the playoffs. — Luis Miguel Vasavilbaso

The Patriots hosting playoff games in Foxborough… I already saw this movie. — Erick Cervantes There

The good news? The Broncos defense is Super Bowl caliber. The bad one? Their offense is inconsistent and puts a lot of pressure on their defense — I went to Aborto

Gift of Kings: a Sam Darnold who finally won an important game like he did against San Francisco. The magic needs to be sustained in the postseason. — Alfonso Mancilla

The Rams’ great test for the postseason

Katia Castorena analyzes the Los Angeles Rams’ victory over the Arizona Cardinals and what was seen in the NFL playoffs.

Very close to finishing with the first seed in the NFC. Very close despite the multiple injuries throughout the year, a very commendable season for this team. It seems unfair to me that Christian McCaffrey is not in the MVP conversation. — Victor Manuel Macin

They have not received the respect they perhaps deserve heading into the postseason, even with victories in the final stretch over teams that will be in the playoffs like the Chargers (35-6) and the Broncos (34-20). — Luis Miguel Vasavilbaso

The Texans are a very tough team that will make life difficult for anyone in the postseason, there is a reason they are favorites in Pittsburgh. — Erick Cervantes There

The new challenge for Super Josh Allen? Leading the Bills to win their first and maybe second and even third road games in the playoffs under coach Sean McDermott. — I went to Aborto

Gift of Three Kings: playing a very tough duel against the Niners at home. It’s time for Saquon Barkley to show his magic and charge the offense into the playoffs. — Alfonso Mancilla

No more questions about this team that was one of the surprises of the season with a consolidated Caleb Williams, who knew how to understand Ben Johnson’s idea. No more questioning…or is it? Three losses in the team’s last five games. Losses against Packers, 49ers and Lions. — Victor Manuel Macin

In two duels with direct playoff rivals they came out with defeat in tow and a very long journey in the postseason is not expected. — Luis Miguel Vasavilbaso

Mike Tomlin always manages to make the Steelers competitive and is finally back in the playoffs, despite this there is a long list of fans asking for his departure every year. — Erick Cervantes There

The absence of Micah Parsons negatively impacted the Packers in the final games of the season and that could translate into an abrupt playoff participation. — I went to Aborto

Three Kings’ gift: it came to them on Sunday afternoon, with the victory of the Falcons. — Alfonso Mancilla

It wasn’t points allowed (No. 11 in the league); It wasn’t the points scored (No. 5 in the league). What happened to the Lions? The Vikings and Packers. They were four painful defeats and perhaps more painful against Minnesota, a team that started as a step behind the Lions and Packers at the beginning of the season. And no one saw the Bears coming. — Victor Manuel Macin

The elimination was not because of a last-second missed field goal against the Steelers, but because of everything they failed to do the rest of the schedule, including a 3-6 home record. — Luis Miguel Vasavilbaso

More than one in the Vikings offices must be sorry for letting Sam Darnold go. — Erick Cervantes There

You may not see it that way now, but after winning only two of their last nine games, the best thing for Baker Mayfield and company was not to go to the playoffs. — I went to Aborto

No gift from Kings. They were the kid who couldn’t adjust to the loss of Daniel Jones due to injury and the season ended. — Alfonso Mancilla

Dallas’ end of the season is at least alarming: 1-4 in its last five games, only the Commanders could not score 30 or more points against it (and that was its last victory). Completely blurred in Week 18 against the Giants. A sad end for a team that continues to live off the illusions it generates. — Victor Manuel Macin

Cowboys end disappointing season

Carlos Nava takes an x-ray of the problems that the Cowboys went through this season in the NFL.

Raheem Morris left the position of head coach and, without a doubt, it will be a very striking position due to the names they have on offense. — Luis Miguel Vasavilbaso

Mike McDaniel will be involved in the search for a new general manager, there is no greater endorsement a head coach in the NFL can receive than that. — Erick Cervantes There

Joe Burrow deserves (much) better. Spot. — I went to Aborto

Gift of Kings: the development shown by rookie quarterback Tyler Shough. — Alfonso Mancilla

Was it a disappointment or did Jayden Daniels’ injury affect you? With Daniels the team had two victories in seven appearances. But let’s not jump to conclusions about this quarterback. Just as he dazzled in his rookie year and ‘delivered’ in this one, let’s wait for how the offseason and the 2026 draft develop to adjust our feelings about his leadership — Victor Manuel Macin

They closed the season in a scenario that years ago was the usual, but that now seems unknown territory due to the custom of the division title. There are plenty of storylines to follow this offseason, starting with the Travis Kelce saga. — Luis Miguel Vasavilbaso

Shedeur Sanders did too much with a patched offensive line, without his main running back and a receiving corps lacking depth, I hope the Browns do the right thing by surrounding him with talent and stop experimenting by inventing a competition that should not exist with Dillon Gabriel. — Erick Cervantes There

With Jaxson Dart, Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo healthy, the Giants’ offense looks to be one of the most intriguing and entertaining in 2026. — I went to Aborto

His letter to the Three Wise Men asks for a new head coach. Will Matt Nagy’s miracle happen to them? — Alfonso Mancilla

It seems that it was the end of Kyler Murray in Cardinals. General manager Monti Ossenfort recently accepted that, “all options are on the table.” Arizona’s reconstruction began with the firing of the coach, and may continue with the option to trade its franchise quarterback: Miami, Cincinnati? — Victor Manuel Macin

Aaron Glenn will be in the ‘hot seat’ from Week 1 of the 2026 season after what was seen in his first year with the ‘Big Apple’ franchise and to that we must add the losses they had during the season. It will be a titanic task. — Luis Miguel Vasavilbaso

Don’t get excited yet, Raiders friends, the last time they chose in the first overall round of the draft they took a certain JaMarcus Russell. — Erick Cervantes There
