The legal dispute between Matt Kalilformer player of the NFLand his ex-wife, the model and influencer Haley Baylee (O’Brien/Kalil)has transcended the judicial field after comments about the couple’s privacy went viral. In the judicial documentation revealed by TMZKalil maintains that Baylee’s comments — broadcast in November 2025 during a Twitch broadcast with the streamer Marlon Garcia— crossed all the limits of the private sphere. The model assured that the size of the former player’s virile member was “the most important factor” in the dissolution of the marriage in 2022, going so far as to describe it as “two cans of Coca-Cola, maybe even three”. He stated that, during the seven years of living together, the couple unsuccessfully turned to therapists and doctors to try to resolve the situation. In Baylee’s words on that broadcast: “We tried everything: therapist, doctors. We looked for information about liposuction… It was impossible, unless you ended up crying”.
Kalil, 36, himself argues in his lawsuit that Baylee’s statements not only affected him, but also his family. He maintains that his current wife, Keilani Asmushas since been the target of “increasingly frequent, disturbing and alarming” messages, according to court documents. The lawsuit includes screenshots of messages received by Asmus that, according to Kalil, demonstrate the invasive nature of the media exposure.
The legal strategy of the former player, who requests a jury trial, aims to obtain compensation exceeding USD 75,000 as compensation for damages derived from the dissemination of “intimate and private events”. Kalil also alleges that Baylee benefited financially from the “viralization” of the interview and the increase in traffic on her social media platforms, obtaining “substantial profit, increased viewership, increased engagement and monetization.”
Haley Baylee’s reaction was immediate. In statements to TMZ y Us Weeklythe model expressed her “genuine impact” and “deep sadness” faced with her ex-husband’s decision: “Litigation is a heartbreaking and emotionally draining experience, and it breaks my heart that he has decided to subject us and our families to this situation.”he stated. She was surprised by the judicial process and claimed that most of the original conversation included positive comments about Kalil: “The truth is in the original live broadcast. I spoke well of him in many ways throughout that conversation”.
