Born in 1972 into a family of sportsmen. it only takes a few years and he already wears cross-country skis on his feet. His involvement with the game of football came shortly thereafter, despite the fact that he never wore the shirt of any official team. Basketball was his first discipline, playing for 7 years at Robur et Fides in Varese.
A brief transition to table tennis, as, after suffering an endless series of defeats in the summer tournaments of 1986, he decided to learn the tricks of the trade.
But baseball will be his sport, playing in official matches in all roles (except first base), until he retires in 2012, after having played for Ares Milano together with the legendary Faso.
Then, his passion for trekking and mountain biking took over, until, in the summer of 2020, he returned to the diamond, as a coach and then also, exceptionally in 2022, as a player.
In May 2023 he obtained the journalist’s card. Then, not satisfied, in October 2023, together with a group of friends, he decided to take over the fate of the club where he started playing baseball, the Malnate Vikings, taking on the role of vice-president.
