New Year 2026: Atsuyuki Kawasaki & Ibaraki Robots Greetings

Happy New Year to all the Robots family.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans and boosters who support the club on a daily basis, to all the sponsors, to all those involved, and to everyone who cares about Ibaraki Robots.

2025 has been a year in which we have worked hard to prepare and build a foundation, keeping our responsibility in mind as a club that will play a role in the “B.LEAGUE PREMIER” that will start this fall. Renovations to the Adastria Mito Arena are progressing well and it is expected that the venue will be able to host home games to premier standards from March 2026. In addition, construction has begun in a joint project with Mito HolyHock and the Mito City Soccer Association to improve the training environment for the top team, which has been an issue for many years, and is scheduled to begin use as a new activity base in the spring.

At the same time, it was also a year in which we deepened our cooperation with local governments and other people in various regions. With the support of local governments, communities, and businesses in the northern part of the prefecture and Shikako, we held more home games in Hitachi City and Kamisu City than usual, and new encounters were born.
Basketball schools and cheer dance schools are also opening classes and holding events throughout the prefecture. In addition, in Mito City, collaboration with many organizations and young people has progressed as an advanced initiative in the town development project promoted by B.LEAGUE. I feel that it was a year in which the club penetrated the community and was able to forge many relationships, such as taking on the challenge of solving social issues through M-HOPE and working on regional revitalization through collaboration with Kashima Rinkai Railway. We have worked with the idea that we would like to utilize our value as a top league club as an essential presence in the community.

And 2026, the year of the horse.
This is the year to push forward with everything you have. B.LEAGUE PREMIER will finally begin this fall.

Once again, we will stand up in the face of headwinds, gather our strength, and continue to move forward, guided by GROW BOLD’s motto, “Be bold and grow.”
This season, the team is fighting for victory even in very difficult circumstances. Both myself and the club take the feelings of the fans who are feeling frustrated and frustrated very seriously.
That’s why we continue to make choices to change rather than stand still. As a club, we are looking at both what we need to do now and the future, seriously facing the situation, and making the necessary decisions and efforts one by one.
All this is done in order for the team to shine a strong light in the community and in the middle of the town, and to “create a hometown that children will remember.”

We will continue to take on challenges this year, so we ask for your continued support, encouragement, and support.

GO GO ROBOTS!!
