The Toronto Raptors entered the fourth quarter with a 13-point lead, but were unable to close the books against the Orlando Magic, losing 130-120.
Desmond Bane led the Magic offense with 32 points. He scored 16 of his points in the final quarter of play.
Bane gave the Magic a breakaway by hitting three straight shots to break a 104-104 tie in the fourth quarter.
Anthony Black had 25 points while Jalen Suggs was double with 14 points and 10 assists. Wendell Carter also did well with 23 points.
Paolo Banchero also scored twice with 20 points and 10 rebounds. He also added six assists.
Brandon Ingram scored 35 points in this loss. Scottie Barnes had 19 points, nine rebounds, six assists and four blocked shots.
Every Raptors starter scored at least 12 points. The Torontonians, however, struggled from outside the perimeter, succeeding in only seven of their 28 attempts. Barnes (0 for 3) and RJ Barrett (0 for 5) were particularly ineffective from downtown.

THE : In his first game in over a month, Nikola Jokic had 31 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists in 25 minutes of play.
