Relief for Keylor Navas. The complaint against
In this complaint filed in May 2024, this man then aged 35, who worked as an assistant at the home of the Costa Rican footballer and his family for almost two years from March 2021, accused Keylor Navas of having flouted labor laws.
He claimed not to have signed an employment contract or declaration prior to employment, carrying out undeclared work. He detailed that he had been imposed a working hours and working conditions that were “relaxed to say the least with regard to French social law”. Contacted by AFP, the lawyer of the ex-employee Me Lola Dubois did not wish to comment on this classification. She also defends the Colombian family who filed a complaint against Lucas Hernandez for human trafficking and hidden work.
Arriving at PSG in 2019, the 37-year-old Costa Rican goalkeeper left the Parisian club in the summer of 2024 then signed with the Argentinian club Newell’s Old Boys, before joining the Pumas in Mexico this summer.
