Naomi Osaka Australian Open Outfit: Style & Statement

Like an impression of Fashion Week in the middle of the Australian Open! The Japanese Naomi Osaka, a great lover of fashion, created a real sensation this Tuesday, January 20, when she entered the court of the Rod Laver Arena for her first match in the Grand Slam tennis tournament.

When the players were presented, Osaka came out of the tunnel without holding a racket… but with a white umbrella in her hand. A huge white hat and a long veil – fit for a bride – also covered her head and body. The legs were covered with loose pants.

The 28-year-old, who has already posed for several covers of the most prestigious fashion magazines and wears multiple outfits throughout the season, has always taken particular care with her “looks” for several years.

This latest outfit would be born from a collaboration between Nike, the Osaka equipment manufacturer, the player and the young designer of Hong Kong origin Robert Wun whose creations are appreciated and worn, in particular, by the singers Beyoncé, Björk and Cardi B.
