This year, MLB The Show will allow you to leave your mark like never before. Much more than just matches, it’s a real adventure. It all starts with hard work in high school, an unwavering drive to improve every day, and a burning desire to begin a Hall of Fame career. This motivation was our top priority throughout the development of this year’s game! That’s why San Diego Studio and MLB The Show are proud to welcome back three-time American League MVP: Aaron Judge.
This adventure began in high school, continued in college, before propelling him to the heart of the minor leagues, then the major leagues, and finally on the international scene. We’ve reflected this prestigious background in our game, doing everything we can to create the most authentic MLB experience possible.
Aaron continues to rewrite history. He was our featured athlete in 2018, following a record-breaking debut season in 2017. He was a three-time American League MVP, seven-time All-Star, five-time Silver Slugger, holds the American League single-season home run record with 62, and will captain Team USA in the 2026 World Baseball Classic.
These are just a few of his exploits. As for Aaron’s performances, they inspire not only the players on the field, but also athletes and fans around the world. We’re happy to welcome him back as a featured athlete on MLB The Show 26. Now it’s all up to you… How will you leave your mark?

MLB The Show 26 will be released on March 17, 2026 (*early access begins March 13)
Get ready with some important updates:
- Pre-orders for the Standard Edition and *Digital Deluxe Editions open February 3, 2026 at 11 a.m. EST/8 a.m. PST on TheShow.complatform stores and participating resellers.
- Purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition allows you to play early access from March 13, 2026, 4 days before release.
- Starting March 17, the Standard Edition of MLB The Show 26 will be fully available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
