MiniTon arrived well from shore

MiniTon arrived well from shore

All worries about whether anyone would come to the club’s first MiniTon training put 13 children and their parents to shame on Tuesday 6 January. Thus, the club’s new initiative came off very well.

– We got off to a start that exceeded our expectations, says MiniTon director Torben Lollike.
– We had hoped that 6-7 children and their parents would come, so great was our surprise when almost double the number came! There are indications that parents want to be active with their children, and that our concept in that way meets a need that is not really offered in other sports, where the youngest children cannot bring their parents onto the field.

Community game where the ‘dead’ had to sit down.

The concept for the first few weeks looks like this:
– Community play
– Three motor exercises where child and parents are together
– Two exercises with rackets where parents and children are together (balloon and badminton)
– Community play

As a welcome gift, all children received a mini racket, a drinking bottle, a badminton ball and a small rucksack bag to hold everything in.

Miniton takes place every Tuesday at 17 in Hall C. And there is room for more!
See more about the concept here and about registration here.
