Lorient Archers: 11 Medals at Morbihan Championships

This weekend of January 24 and 25, 2026, the Morbihan 18-meter archery championships took place in Taupon. The Lorient archers from Asal fielded fifteen archers and achieved eleven podiums. With, on the highest step, in recurve arch, Maïa Darleon (in U13), Gabriel Moritz and Justine Gue (in U15), Alicia Le Gal (in Senior 1) and Jacky Biguet (in Senior 3 in compound arch). Silver also for Jeanne Bibard and Raphaël Moullac (in U13), Tom Huberland (Senior 1), Rémi Briffaut (Senior 2) and Philippe Fournier (in Senior 3 bow) and Robert Guilly (in Senior 3 compound bow). “It’s a very good performance for the club,” says Frédéric Terond, president of Asal. It will be necessary to confirm at the next meetings: the Brittany championships, in Saint-Renan, and the French championships, in Paris (for adults) and in Yzeure (for young people).”
