Lison Taboni puts Groix in the spotlight by winning the title of departmental Badminton champion in her category. This 14-year-old teenager from Groix, a student at Saint-Tudy college, has been playing Badminton since CM2 within the Groix Multisport association. “I like racket games,” Lison confides, “badminton in particular because you move around a lot, it’s physical. We play as a family with mom who signed up this year for adult multisport, for my greatest pleasure! »
Soazig le Moullac, sports teacher at Collège Saint-Tudy, coaches Lison and is full of praise for his student. “Lison is very athletic and excels in all sports. In badminton, she is a powerful and tactical player. But what should be highlighted is his personality, his very humble spirit. She is competitive but very fair, she is inspiring for many young members of the club. To our greatest pride, she finished first in Morbihan this year, and won the final against another local girl, Erin Camboni.”
Lison does not intend to stop there and will participate this month in the Brittany Badminton Championship in Janzé. To be continued.
