Colleague Lars Kros in action during the National Badminton Championships
This coming weekend (January 30 to February 1) the 2026 Dutch Badminton Championships will be played in the Topsportcentrum in Almere.
Our brand new colleague Larsplaying for Drop Shot from The Hague in the Eredivisie of the Dutch league, will make an appearance there.
Competitions
Lars will play his first match on Saturday, the mixed doubles with teammate Kelly van Buiten, at 10.15 am against the 4th placed couple Alex Vlaar/Alida Chen (BV Almere).
The men’s singles is scheduled at 12.15 pm against a qualifier from the preliminary rounds and at 4.15 pm the men’s doubles with teammate Noah Jongen against also qualifiers.
