Basic information on data protection
NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE (“LALIGA”) with registered office at Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043, Madrid and CIF G-78069762 will process your personal data to manage your participation in the Campaign in accordance with its Specific Conditions. If you are a beneficiary of the Campaign, LALIGA will request additional information, such as your ID and bank ownership certificate, in order to be able to deliver the reward to you. For these purposes, LALIGA will use external providers in order to verify your identity and ownership of the bank account.
We remind you that in the event that you contribute images in which natural persons are identified or can be identifiable, these cannot be used in any case and will be discarded and eliminated directly.
Furthermore, if you give your consent, LALIGA will communicate your data to LaLiga Group International, SL so that it can send you commercial communications related to the product of LALIGA BARES.
What are my rights? You can exercise your rights recognized by data protection regulations, as well as withdraw your consent, at any time by sending an email to lopd@sd.laliga.es.
