Hernández (15 wins, 2 losses, 1 loss) is looking to start the new year with an emphatic victory. Hernández, who is on an 8-game winning streak, has recently shown off his dominant form by defeating Brendan Allen, Roman Dolije, and Mitchell Ferreira. He now hopes to take down Strickland and solidify his status as the next title contender.

‘Kim Dong-hyun’s disciple’ Ko Seok-hyun will also participate in this competition. He will challenge for his third straight win in the UFC against undefeated rookie Jacob Smith (USA).
