In 2026, Kawasaki Frontale will celebrate its 30th anniversary since it established its management company in November 1996 with the aim of joining the J.League. With the transition to the J.League season and the FIFA World Cup coming up, this year will be a turning point for both us and the Japanese soccer world.
It is a great and irreplaceable joy for both myself and all the club staff to celebrate this milestone year with everyone who supports and cheers for the club.
To mark the 30th anniversary of the club’s founding, we have set up the “Kawasaki Frontale 30th Anniversary Project Executive Committee” and are planning to open a special website, carry out community-based activities such as displaying tapestries and decorating Ginryu Street at Kawasaki Station, produce a commemorative book, and hold an alumni game in November (scheduled) with all past alumni coming together. The former Frontale Warriors who have fought together since the club’s founding will gather for the OB game, making it a day filled with history. We hope you look forward to it and enjoy it while feeling nostalgic.
The fact that Kawasaki Frontale has grown this far and is now celebrating its 30th anniversary is thanks to all of you, including our fans, supporters, partners, and citizens of Kawasaki, who have supported us over the years. We will once again remind ourselves that this is not something we should take for granted, and we will do our best to respect the past history and those who have worked hard to pass it on, and to make it even better.
This past year has been designated as a period in which we can express our gratitude to all of you, and all club staff will be working hard to express our gratitude to you.
