HEESCH – The Hissiecup was again awarded at the Heesche Badminton Association on Friday, January 9. This challenge trophy, named after the association’s pink mascot, is a coveted prize among the competition teams. The Hissiecup is awarded every six months to the team that achieves the best results in the regional competition.

This season the honor went to HBV J1, a youth team that excels in both cooperation and sporting performance. With her constant efforts she managed to make a difference and win the challenge trophy.

The battle for the Hissie Cup was exciting, because several teams were at the top of the digital rankings during the course of the season, which were updated after each round. Ultimately, HBV J1 managed to secure first place in the final weeks and take home the prestigious prize.
