In the 235th episode of And what do you do on the weekend? is the entertainer, author and actor Also in the Church as a guest. Kerkeling was born in Recklinghausen in 1964 and now lives in Cologne. His new film is currently showing Extra sausage in the cinema. In the podcast he remembers his childhood as a model railroader and his Carrera railway – although at the time he actually considered himself a member of the Barbie doll group.
At the weekend today he’s wearing exactly the sweatpants he wore before Karl Lagerfeld always warned. He and his husband always eat at the table, even though he would also watch TV. He prefers to look Temptation Island and Summer house of the stars to relax. For breakfast he has coffee, coffee and coffee, a soft 6.5-minute egg and sometimes the cheap caviar from Aldi. And he loves Belgian fries. For him, an ideal weekend begins with a spontaneous trip with his husband, whether to the Eifel or Buenos Aires. Even if his man there is sometimes confused with Lionel Messi.

He talks about what it was like for him to see himself on a show stage on TV for the first time. And then podcast host Ubin Eoh Hape Kerkeling also teaches a Korean accent.
