Malmö FF’s ambition is to be a leading association also on the women’s and girls’ side and is therefore looking for a coach who has ambitions to work dedicatedly in an elite business environment as goalkeeper coach for our oldest girls’ team, MFF Akademi, which in 2026 plays in division 2, with the ambition of moving up to division 1.
The role:
You will be responsible for goalkeeper training in our senior preparation activities and develop the goalkeepers to be ready for our representative team. You must also be able to take responsibility for, for example, scouting and analysis to optimize the goalkeepers’ development.
You will work closely with the goalkeeping coordinator and have a close collaboration with the goalkeeping coach for the women’s team.
Claim:
- Be able to conduct goalkeeper training in the MFF Academy 2–3 times a week + match.
- Plan and carry out goalkeeping training/matches according to Malmö FF’s identity based on the sky blue way.
- Be able to handle analysis tools such as Spiideo.
- Able to cooperate with the management staff (head coach/physical trainer/physiotherapist) as well as other people and coaches in the association.
- To be able to establish an individual development plan for all goalkeepers that is continuously followed up.

Your workplace will be at the Stadium area where you, together with the other trainers in the business, will be able to develop and develop others.
The service is remunerated and training takes place in the afternoons/evenings.
