This is a powerful move jointly established by the Party Branch of the First Ward of Ganzi Prison and the Party Branches of the First and Second Work Areas of China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. It aims to enhance mutual understanding and consolidate friendship through sports exchanges, explore grassroots party building work in the new era, strengthen prison cooperation and new models of local collaboration, and inject new vitality into the continued deepening of cooperation between the two parties in the difficult environment of the snowy plateau.
