Aston Villa have set their sights on Conor Gallagher. As ‘Talksport’ reports, the Villains are interested in bringing the 25-year-old back to the Premier League. A loan deal is being discussed until the end of the season, including an obligation to purchase.

Gallagher moved to Spain in the summer of 2024, but was never able to establish himself sustainably at Atlético Madrid. In the current season, the central midfielder has only made four starting eleven appearances so far. The England international is open to returning home to preserve his chances of being called up for the World Cup.
